Information for General Practitioners, specialists, dentists, physiotherapists, psychologists etc. in Denmark can be found in Yderregisteret (Danish) and/or in The Health Service Organisation Registry (Danish: Sundhedsvæsenets Organisationsregister - SOR).

If these healthcare providers are listed in SOR the SOR-identifiers shall be used otherwise the identifiers from Yderregisteret shall be used
